Dr. Lowery earned his DMD from Georgia Regents University in 1989. He is committed to ongoing education, and attends continuing education courses each year. In previous years, he attended courses at OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry, and Dawson and Cranham Institutes. He has attained OBI Level III. He is a Medical College of Georgia Maxi Implant Graduate, and an Associate Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is certified in Six Month Smiles, ClearCorrect, and Invisalign.

He values his community and participates with the Rotary Club. He is also an alumnus of Leadership Georgia, and he volunteers with his church.

His passions outside dentistry include travel, golf, boating, and skiing. He is the loving father of three children and is thrilled to spend each day working alongside his wife, Dr. Beth Lowery.
